Next Steps

  • The New Client Inquiry Form gives us the information we need to prepare for a productive discovery call. The questions are designed to help us understand the size of your business and scope of your business’s needs.

  • After you fill out the New Client Inquiry Form, someone from our team will contact you to set up a discovery call. The objective of the discovery call is to answer any questions you may have and gather additional information needed to draft a contract for services.

  • After the discovery call, our team will draft a customized contract for your business and email to you via DocuSign. Once you receive the contract, please read and review it and sign or contact us with any questions or requested updates. The agreement will include pricing and payment details and your first payment will be due before onboarding work can begin.

  • Once an agreement has been signed and the first payment has been received, we can begin the onboarding process. You will receive an invitation to access the secure online Client Portal which will be used for secure file upload and ongoing transaction questions. The onboarding process also includes setting up access to any accounts needed to complete the services outlined in the agreement. Examples of such accounts include bank and credit card accounts for reconciling, payment processing and invoicing platforms, and vendor payment portals.

  • After gathering all necessary access and information, we will get started working on the services outlined in the agreement. We will establish a regular meeting time if the client desires to give updates on the completion of any catch-up or cleanup work, gather any additional information that may be needed after beginning work, and answer any client questions. We ask that you please check the Client Portal often to stay on top of any questions that arise as we work on your books (weekly reminders are sent to your email).
